The copyright’s, if any, on the material on this site have either expired or are in the public domain. Oregon state law regarding the publication of private information states that Birth records are protected for 100 years, Marriage, Death and Divorce records are protected for 50 years.

This TERMS OF USE is to notify you, our membership, of our copyright protection regarding our work and investment from UNAUTHORIZED copyrighting and commercial exploitation.

All of our material on this site is available to you for NON-COMMERCIAL use and duplication, as long as you don’t copy the entire site and try to sell or give it away. This includes any volunteer by you to do look ups for anyone or state to anyone on a list serve, chat room or web page that you will do research on the HTP site for them even if you tell them it’s for FREE. Just don’t use our site to do research for ANYONE ELSE, ANY ORGANIZATION, ASSOCIATION or SOCIETY.
